Our original replacement water pump was unfortunately not a success and overheated and seized up, therefore to have your technician come out on Christmas Eve to exchange the pumps for a new one was very much appreciated. We also appreciated that you delivered us the some extra bottles of water to keep us going till the new pump was installed. It is with great thanks and gratitude that I extend this note of appreciation for your “after hours” service. Your willingness to exceed my expectations of service has prompted me to write to let others know of your attention to your clients in what seemed like a hopeless situation. While attempting to replace my ultra violet light late in the evening, I experienced the misfortune of breaking my protective glass shield for the bulb. This rendered my filtration system useless and inoperative until the glass shield could be replaced. This meant going without water for at least 18 hours. For my wife and I this was not an option. Contacting you after 7:30 in the evening was not what I wanted to do but had little choice. You took my call, provided a solution and I met you at your store in 30 minutes time to allow me to purchase a glass shield. This outstanding level of service to a “stranded” client enabled us to resume our normal home activities without disruption. I am writing this letter to you in appreciation, for the wonderful service you gave to me. It is very hard these days to put your trust into just anybody, even if they come highly recommended! I want to share with you, and hopefully with your potential customers that find their way into your store. Here is my Story:

A year ago I was referred to a company in Toronto that installs reverse osmosis systems. I was told they were the best. I spoke with the owner, I told him I was opening up a business and explained what the business is about and how much water I would need. The owner of the company assessed the system that he felt was needed. Since he was the specialist, I agreed. Arrangements were made for them to come and install it one month later. After the install I tried it out, but all I got was 1 five-gallon jug (all day). This certainly would not do, for the type of business I was in, so I called the company back and spoke with the owner. He advised me that I needed to purchase another system, which would cost me twice the price. Since I was due to open the business in a week I purchased the second system. I was told this would solve my problem. After installed I tried out the 2nd system, it to failed to do the job. This was becoming a nightmare for me, as the business was now open. I called the owner again he told me I now need to purchase another system, this time the cost would be 3 times the amount of money. I decided to seek another company’s advice, on how to solve the problem. So I called The Water Store and spoke to Steve. I told him the situation, and we set a date for him to come and look at the system installed. Steve came to the clinic spent several hours going over everything. He recognized the problem and advised me on what was needed to be done. Steve thought the system I had was more then adequate, so I didn’t have to change the system. He felt all that was needed was a large holding tank, and a pump. This idea made much more sense to me, not only was it going to save me a lot of money, but he was here locally should it need service. The equipment and tank was installed in one day, with no hitches. I can’t tell you what a relief it was for me. I would also like to say since they came and worked at my clinic, this system has never worked better it has given me all the supply of water I needed. I would like to say to Steve & Harold (the installer) and to all those potential customers that maybe considering their services, you will only find honesty, pride and a great job, should you need to make up your mind, and as far as price goes, it was worth every cent. My only regret, was not calling The Water Store – Collingwood first!!
